Clothing Clinic Cleaners at 35300 23 Mile Road, New Baltimore, Michigan.

I just picked up 2 brand new shirts that I had pressed to go to a wedding. When paying for the cleaning/pressing I noticed there was noticeable damage to the clothing itself. Color is smudged and smeared to both shirts. For men’s dress shirts that have a design and polka dots this is a problem. When asking the cashier/worker he denies that his location caused the damage at all and quickly becomes argumentative. The cleaner clearly damaged the shirts seeing that the tags were cut off when the shirts were dropped off and there was no damage at time of purchase. The cleaner was not willing to refund my money nor compensate for damaged goods. Horrible service and a reasonable price does not mean a good deal, I just means your clothing gets destroyed. I will never return nor allow anyone I know to go there. I suggest to anyone who reads this to look elsewhere to have clothing cleaned. Very unhappy right now....
